The Eupatorium a.; an aromatic plant indigenous to Brazil and cultivated in the Isle of France, whence the leaves, which are yellowish, of a bitter, astringent taste, and of an agreeable odor, find their way into commerce. It resembles tea in its properties, and was formerly vaunted in various diseases.
