-
A urinary calculus, adherent to the inner surface of the bladder, so that it is immovable, and cannot pass to the different parts of that organ. This happens when calculi form in some natural or accidental cavity of the bladder; or when the organ, by ulceration, gives rise to fungi, which surround the calculus; or when it is lodged in the orifice of the ureter or urethra.
